Meet the Artist

Hi! I’m Tammy, the artist behind Art by Tammy, based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I’ve always believed a home should be filled with things that mean something—and that belief is at the heart of everything I paint.

My work is known for its soft, soulful style, layered texture, calming colors, and expressive brushstrokes. From my signature angels and peaceful landscapes to abstracts and meaningful commissioned pieces, I create original art that brings warmth, beauty, and a sense of story into a home.

Some paintings begin with a color or feeling. Others begin with someone’s story—a special place, a beloved pet, a treasured memory, or someone deeply missed. My angels hold an especially meaningful place in my work, representing grace, faith, comfort, and hope.

Every original is painted by hand in my Tennessee studio, making each piece truly one of a kind.

Whether you’re choosing art for your home, looking for a meaningful gift, or trusting me to create something especially for you, I hope you find a piece that speaks to your heart.

Because I believe the best art doesn’t just fill a wall. It makes you feel something.
